Being an Introvert and blogging online???

argentnoelle ...or maybe it's just me...
So usually I'm a lurker, and sometimes (rarely) I participate in discussions; I particularly enjoy having one-on-one discussions about subjects like character analysis and story themes and whatnot. And it's easy to just reblog things on tumblr (although it's not like anybody really knows you exist if you just do that) but the format of dreamwidth is kind of stumping me. Because I'm like, ah, I need to have something to say. And blogging about personal things, even small things, is kind of what you do on this kind of platform. But I have no interest in doing that (it seems so hard, and so much work, for something that shouldn't be work) ... so that means that I have to actually think of something substantial to say or post if I want to do that, instead of updating on random life things.
To immediately contradict myself, in other news, I finished catching up on SPN. I feel like my head is spinning because I watched seasons 12-14 *really* quickly and I can't keep anything straight right now. Although I have less memory of seasons 9-11, and I actually watched those as they came out.

Date: 2019-01-28 04:41 am (UTC)But on the other hand, the nice thing about this platform is that you can kind of keep track of things, so I finally feel like making fic rec lists isn't random, because people can keep finding them later (although I haven't copied over all the ones I made from tumblr because I have to edit all the links...)
—actually, I wonder if you'd like to start up re-watching Danger Man again? It's cool if you don't want to though.
